台北市長郝龍斌6日在市政會議會後記者會中宣布，台北市即日起推動「勞工安薪專案」，加強稽查經常積欠勞工加班費的六大行業，讓超時辛苦工作的勞工，能獲得應有的工資，實現社會的公平正義。

郝龍斌指出，市府為落實勞工權益的保障，在今年2月就率全國之先，主動宣布調漲市府各局處工作人員薪資至時薪133元、月薪22,693元，希望能提升勞工的基本生活水準，更希望藉此產生漣漪效應，帶動整體勞工薪資的提升，目前獲得許多縣市政府響應。現更已將適用範圍擴大到市府各機關勞務外包人力，總計受惠人數超過7千人。

郝龍斌表示，現在市府更進一步，希望能夠協助不只是市府的勞工，而是台北市所有的基層勞工，讓他們的工作得到適當的酬勞，努力工作的薪資不會被剝削。

郝龍斌說，北市所有的基層勞工，只要是加班或是在休假日出勤，如果發生應該領到的加班費領不到，或是被剋扣的情形，市府勞動局勞檢處都會主動、詳細的調查，也歡迎基層勞工，如果未依法給付加班費的情形，主動向勞檢處檢舉，市府希望透過這個方式，讓所有基層勞工付出的心力得到合理酬勞。

他表示，根據過去的經驗，勞工最常沒收到加班費工資的前六名行業，分別是批發零售業、餐飲服務業、顧問管理業、汽車客運貨運業、保全業、營造工程及製造業，是市府這次稽的查重點。

郝龍斌說，希望透過此一方式真正確保勞工權益，尤其最近主計處公布的今年4月消費者物價總指數較去年同期大漲1.65%，基層勞工如果沒有得到應有的酬勞、待遇，絕對是受衝擊最大的人，這也就是市府希望給他們社會的公平正義，推動安薪專案最大的目的。
